I want to get my Gram electronic cigarettes. She smokes like a chimney and her health suffers because of it. She is very poor, and to be honest so am I. what are the best ones for the best price? maybe with nice priced refills?

The best ecig depends on what you are looking for. Most of the time, it is choosing between different sizes. Larger sized ecigs have longer battery life and vice versa.
The best mini (cigarette size) model is the M401. Best large battery model is the EGO (Absolute Maxx).
